After nearly a month of being distracted by the training I was taking for my new job, I've finally made some real progress on at least one of the projects. With luck, now that training is over, I'll be able to make some regular progress on the other projects as well. The novel's been sitting for too long...
Anyway...
As of today, "The Fault Lies Not..." is at 10,677 words. I don't know if I'll be able to bring it in under 20,000 words but I'm going to try.
Of course, I march Lin and a squad of cops right up to the front door of the apartment their perp is using as a home base...then Lin stops talking to me. I sigh deeply. I think I hear Mandalay's voice.
